“I’m working my way towards it,” Grainger answered honestly.
“Though you should understand, we’re not willing to wait for you,” Abraham declared.
Warren nodded in agreement.
“So basically, I need to get there quicker, is what you’re saying.”
“Pretty much,” Warren grunted.
“I’m not into guys.”
Warren chuckled.
Abraham snickered.

“We’re aware. Although you’ve never been around an Incubus. Things could change.”

It's been a crazy week. The indie world was set on its ear when a well-known writer decided to TM a word often used in Romance/Erotica. I refuse ...I mean I absolutely refuse to say the author's name. I simply refer to her as you know who or the one who shall not be named. I consider her Voldemort to be honest. Six Sentence Sunday with Kalkin

They say things happen for a reason. I hope this is true! In the middle of April, Kalkin, which had been released January 9th, was pulled from all book retailers because of a situation out of our control with our publisher. We asked and got our rights back on it. It was, one of the hardest decisions TL and I have ever made. It was, in my mind still selling well. For the most part, TL and I have remained quiet as to why's and what's on why it happened. Simply stating it was a situation out of our control. And this is true. But see I don't think I'm going to do that anymore. TL and I did nothing wrong. We followed the rules and did everything our contract requested of us. Here is the truth though, dear reader, we're not even sure if we will get paid. It's all up in the air, and without prompting, the publisher has yet to reach out to us. This week's #SixSentenceSunday is from Rule Breaker. The first book in our R.O.O.T series. It's an action-adventure Military Romance novel. We had a fun researching and writing this first book. We hope at some point this year to at least start writing the second book in the series. Our hero, Asher Rainer was a blast to write for the simple fact, he has no filter. He says whatever is currently floating around in his head. TL and I knew we'd done it right when our editor informed us she'd never read a character as blunt as Asher.
