#SixSentenceSunday with Caden.

Currently, we're elbows deep into Caden at 45K words. We're thinking, Caden will be bigger than Kalkin, as his story is... complicated. And that's okay since we're both up to the challenge. We love these characters, this family and have been so involved in wanting to tell their stories for over six years. We're truly blessed to be able to do that.

TL and I always had clear-cut pictures of who saw as embodying these characters. Kalkin and Caden were pretty easy since it was always Stu who we saw for them. Thankfully we were able to secure two photos of Stu Reardon. The other family members are famous people, so now TL and I are tasked with finding cover models who fit our image of who and what we saw. It ain't easy. We're slowly working on it and again we're up for the challenge.

I've provided a photo collage TL made of how we see these characters. I suspect as the books are released, we'll be removing the famous people, for the models who we pick to represent our characters.

The scene I picked for this weeks #SixSentenceSunday is about facing challenges and dealing with them. Caden has made an absolute mess of the situation with Dani. He must prove he is worthy of love. Not to just Dani, but also to himself. He'll get there. Granted it'll be a long road, but he will find his HEA.

So without further ado, here are my sentences...

“I’ve got rules, that’s why. One of biggest ones is to never fuck up a drunk asshole,” Rapier sneered.
“I want you to stay away from Danielle and my sons,” Caden stated. The fiery lick of challenge raced through his veins, awakening his body. Adrenaline caused his heart to pound within his chest as wolf and man solidified their bond.
He was in the fight of his life and he wasn’t about to back down or lose. Not this time.
